| Amanda Carrothers
Amanda Carrothers – has been involved in people and organizational development since 1996. In 2001 Amanda purchased the Boulder Center of Accelerative Learning (“BCAL”), founders of the highly successful Dynamic Accelerative Learning System (“DALS”) a transformational training program offered worldwide. She renamed the company to Transform Learning and Design Inc. a human development company focused upon optimizing the performance of an organization, their leadership, and its people based in the United States with branches in Europe.
Amanda’s understanding and expertise comes from working with people worldwide. While living abroad in Geneva Switzerland she worked with the United Nations and its affiliates. While in Europe she developed training initiatives, developed leaders and coached executives in organizations such as The International Red Cross, The International Labor Organization, The World Health Organization, and The Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining. To date she has worked with over 1600 people and groups spanning 41 countries.
Amanda is passionate about human potential and transformation. Her knowledge base stems from understanding the neuroscience behind how humans learn, how our bodies plays a critical role in self development, the role of emotions and how humans transform in the truest sense of the word. Needless to say…she comes to the table with significant experience in how to effectively optimize organizational performance in order to impact the bottom-line and affect people’s lives permanently.
She earned a bachelor of Arts degree in Cognitive Psychology with a concentration on on Adult Learning Theories from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
